Our focus is on brewing soft and crisp hoppy beers and stouts designed to equally compliment food and company. 

The base of all Ascapart beer is local floor-malted Pilsner malt, accented with East Anglian and German speciality malts. Layered with hops from the Yakima Valley in the US to bring expressive fruit character and fermented with a clean German yeast to leave our beer lean and moreish.

Our Head Brewer Jimmy Hatherley comes with 15 years experience in the beer industry and a passion for continuous development in both quality and expression.
