Our coffee is made with only speciality grade beans - the highest grade available, carefully selected from some of the best growers in the world. 

We roast on the medium side for balance of flavour and mouthfeel bringing out the beans' unique character. Our goal is to make speciality coffee accessible to everyone - no pretension, just exceptional coffee roasted with care. 

Heading up our roastery is Wai Shing Wilson Law, one of just over 100 coffee Q Graders in the UK, a qualified trainer and competition judge.
