From our signature house espresso, Bargate Roast, to limited seasonal single-origin releases, our coffees are expertly roasted to suit a wide range of tastes and brew methods.

Our Bargate Roast is a crowd-pleasing Brazilian classic, with smooth hazelnut, caramel, and gentle fruit notes — crafted specifically for outstanding espresso. Proudly served in Mettricks cafés and inspired by Southampton’s historic Bargate, it delivers dependable, standout flavour in every cup.

All our coffee is roasted by Head Roaster Wilson, a qualified Q Grader (one of just over 100 in the UK) and a Speciality Coffee Association trainer. With years of industry experience, every roast is crafted with expertise, care, and a smile — bringing exceptional coffee to your cup.

Our wholesale partners get more than just great coffee. We offer free barista training, café planning support and equipment maintenance, with flexible options including full supply, guest roasts, or retail offerings. Whether you’re an independent café or a growing hospitality group, we’ll tailor a setup that works for your business. We also offer speciality coffee pods for easy, consistently great coffee.
