Grown in the renowned Worka Chelbesa washing station in Ethiopia's celebrated Gedeo Zone, this coffee is a perfect example of why Ethiopian coffees are among the most sought-after in the world. High elevations, heirloom varieties and meticulous processing combine to produce a cup that's vibrant, floral and incredibly refined.
Roasted exclusively for filter brewing, Worka Chelbesa is delicate yet expressive. Expect juicy notes of berries, fragrant Jasmine, and a lingering brown sugar -like sweetness. The cup is clean and layered, with a silky mouthfeel and sparkling citrus acidity that evolves beautifully as the coffee cools.
